Cristina Putzu at the 2015 WFF Universe:
Outstanding competitor, Cristina Putzu of Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy won her class in the 2015 Women’s Fitness at the WFF Universe in France. She then went on to compete in the PRO WOMEN’S DIVISION of this event.
She is trained by her partner, top personal trainer Francesco Casillo in Cagliari where they both reside. Cristina follows a high protein diet with low carbs – and lots of cardio. Cristina has near perfect symmetry and wonderful lines and condition. We look forward to watching her appearances in future competitions.
In this class, the results were as follows. My congratulations to fellow Aussie Catherine Clothier in her first International competition. BJ Brunton of NZ also did extremely well placing 3rd, with Lara Tasharofi of Austria a touch ahead in second place.
